Use the equity you have in your home or asset and convert that to something usefull or less intrusive and eliminate unneccessary debt.

ie; home worth $1.500,000  , debt $900,000  .= $600,000 equity . .Instead of waiting for the elusive cash buyer.(best of luck with that one). why not trade a lessor home , land, boat , cars anything of real value  and eliminate the debt, or assign it the debt  to another party and move on with your life.

 Most people wait and just drop the price of their Asset until the only one who makes any money is their Agent and the Bank??
