Auction Details
All auctions will be held on the property site on the day of auction at time listed. For offi cial times and locations of auctions please contact Surf and Country.
Surf and Country will make all property information and disclosures available prior to auction date. Any and all property inspections must be made prior to the auction date.
All bidders must register with Surf and Country in order to be eligible to bid. Registration and required deposit are required in advance of bidding. Deposits will be credited towards the purchase price to winning bidders. Any deposit by non-winning bidders will be returned on auction day.
Financing must be pre-approved and provided to Surf and Country prior to bidding. Contact Surf and Country for a list of recommended lenders.
Escrow companies will pre-assigned for each auction sale closing.
Winning bidders may be responsible for a buyer’s fee at closing. Contact Surf and Country for individual auction details prior to any auction.
Surf and Country is not responsible for information provided by sellers and acts as agent of record only for any transaction.
Bidder’s Information Package
It is imperative for every buyer to thoroughly research an offering prior to the auction. To assist prospective buyers, Surf and Country
assembles a detailed Bidder’s Information Package for every auction. This package greatly benefi ts our customers, and helps
buyers to make an informed and comfortable purchasing decision.
The information contained in the Bidder’s Information Packet changes with each property offered, but most packets include a specimen Purchase and Sale Agreement, closing information, auction information, property specifi c information, local area information,
remote bidding procedures, Property Disclosures, the Terms of Sale, and answers to frequently asked questions.
In order to buy at auction, each bidder is required to purchase a Bidder’s Information Packet. By having this requirement, bidders have the comfort of knowing that their bidding competitors are all pre-qualified and considered CASH buyers??
